If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it along with your original invoice within 30 days of purchase, without damage or evidence of being worn.

All jewelry must be returned in the original custom fitted case and box. Packed and returned securely, and, for your safety, insured for its value. No credit is issued for return shipping costs.

No C.O.D. shipments accepted.

Returns with valid invoice only.

If the original purchase was by Money Order, the refund will be made by money order to the original buyer.

If the original purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the original Credit Card. For returns without valid invoice, we will issue: A Merchandise Credit that can be used to make future purchases upon inclusion a photocopy of a valid I.D. (State Driver's License, Stat I.D. Card or Military I.D.) and home phone number or e-mail address. We reserve the right to limit number of returns permitted without valid receipts.
